Brio is a halal concept cafe and sometime they have ongoing promotion like lunch hours or weekdays promotion. And they only have one outlet which is the one at Jurong Point and it can gets pretty crowded during rush hours. The quality of their food wasn't bad as well. Menu:The soup of the day was mushroom and it comes together with a small multi bread bun; similar to Soup Spoon. I can taste the fine bits of the mushrooms in the soup but it was quite average and acceptable throughout. The maple syrup with the Duck Waffles is not bad but it may seemed weird as it's a weird combination. The duck is kind of dry but is seasoned on point. The whole dish was rather dry as well and it's seemed like they don't get together but rather as a separate component standing at its own. I tried their Scallop & Shrimp Risotto and the colour of the picture on the menu looks good. It's in a bright orange looking sauce with cheese chunk and edamame on top. The scallop was cut into small pieces and there were also prawns scattered around. The risotto was good but I wasn't really full after eating and there wasn't much ingredients which was a pity. Brio
