Ju Hao is a chinese restaurant which recently has open another branch at Northpoint so me and my mum decided to check it out since we are so bored of all the food in Northpoint. The queue were quite long since it is newly open and especially during dinner hours. They sell mainly xiao long bao, noodles, chicken cutlets and other chinese dishes. MenuI finally get why their noodles is their specialty because it is really that tasteful and good. I love how the noodles goes so well with the sauce and still taste good even when the noodles turns cold. To top it off, the noodles I ordered comes with prawn wantons as well and vegetables. Maybe its just me because I took quite a while in taking all the food pictures and waiting for all the food to come but I find the xiao long bao to taste very dry especially the one I ordered comes with salted egg yolk so the whole salted egg yolk was in one big lump instead of those oozing in your mouth kind or the type where the salted egg yolk when you use chopstick to poke it. The chicken cutlet rice wasn't that bad also, basically just like your average fried rice but definitely more fragrant. The nai bai cai took the longest time to cook and arrives maybe because they missed out on our order and they will looking at our table weirdly like all of our food have arrived but we are not eating. Actual fact is I'm just waiting for the last dish to come and take a group photo together hahah.
The vegetables is quite fresh as seen in the photo; so green, bright and juicy! It is stir fry with minced meat to give a more flavourful taste to it.
