Wenhui bought me to try this dim sum place called 126 for short, which is quite similar to Swee Choon and the price of the dimsum for both is around the same, just that each have their own speciality. It is located near Aljunied Mrt. Compared to Swee Choon, the place is much smaller. Their menu comes in photocopied photos and handwritten words on A4 papers and slotted inside the file haha quite organised and so much efforts put in. One plastic container of sugar cane is definitely not enough for me. According to Wenhui, this is one of the must-order dish, their in-house specialty which comprises of freshly made golden buns and crab meat sauce (real crab meat included!) Tastes like the average xiao long bao. Couldn't really taste the shark fins soup inside hmmm If har gao is your thing, then go for this king prawn dumplings because the prawns is definitely huge and more worth it to order instead of shrimp dumplings. The tofu was cut in round shape with a hole dug in the middle and filled up with prawn meat and they come dipped inside a black sauce. This dish is just like your normal goreng pisang with fried banana inside, we couldn't taste the mango at all lol.
