Back to the annual yearly affair of Artbox that has been making its appearance in different Asian countries. I personally love arts festival like this especially with its pretty set up and decor and seeing all the entrepreneur setting up their own booths is just so inspiring. The standard quotes walls by Artbox; loving each different and meaningful quotes here! There is so many booths selling food so we wanted choose those really special and unique stalls to try since we don't want to spend too much money too as most of the stuff here is overpriced. First stop we stop by Soi Thai Soi Nice because their food looks really good and there was a crowd gathering outside the stall, we ordered the spicy pork neck because I have never ever try pork neck but it tastes just like normal pork meat and the spiciness level is fried to a perfect level. This probably could make a good snack alongside beer. Before I went to Artbox, I saw people posting this pasta stall on Instagram and this is actually own by the people behind Hyde & Co.; a cafe I wanted to try but didn't got the chance so this was my first time finally getting to try out their pasta and they had this chilli crab linguine on the menu that day for $10 per bucket. Unfortunately the chilli crab was quite a disappointment, it didn't really capture the right level of flavour. The cracker on top is a new combination and I guess the crackers is suppose to be there to match the taste together with the chilli crab sauce but still, I don't think it was quite worth it unless you really want to give the pasta a try. The third item we had was black charcoal ice cream with 24k gold from this booth called Go Shot. On the top of the ice-cream, they add on a few pieces of gold foils which you can't really taste the gold, to be honest but the charcoal ice-cream itself is good and rich and has a special texture to it. Other than that, the booth also sell mini bottles of energy boost drinks which hence explained its name (Go Shot). Artbox 2018
