I have always spot this huge red mannequin but I didn't know right beside it was actually a cafe located in town, Scotts Square to be exact. And this cafe is a crowd favourite judging by how crowded it was and reading all the reviews mentioning how good their coffee was. Menu:Iced Jawa was refreshing and not overly sweet. Mixed with the gula melaka, you can actually customize the drink to how sweet you want to be. The pandan leave add on a aromatic taste to the drink. Iced Latte wasn't as bitter and the right balance of sweetness. The portion was quite big as well if you were to compared to the same price in other cafes. Portobello White Cream Pasta was great. You know how some creamy pasta sauce tastes super milky? I would say this pasta was a good one. Love their cream sauce. Generous amount of mushroom and cheese! There's nothing to complain about this dish. Crispy Fish Fillet Tacos was so good. I don't usually go for Tacos but I don't mind having this at all. The fish taco was cooked perfectly. Fish was seasoned well and flaky. The mango salsa adds a very tangy taste with pairs so well with the fish that makes me want to go for more and it wasn't gelat at all! The best fish tacos I ever had! Fried "Orh Nee" Nuggets with Gula Melaka was fantastic. The yam paste inside the ball was not overly sweet but very authentic. The gula melaka sauce was actually not needed as the yam paste itself if added the sauce was quite sweet. The Coffee Academics
