Pretty sure most of you have already heard of The Smart Local covering different places in Singapore so like everybody, me and Minghui decide to go explore the neighbourhood too and especially the fact that I want to take photos of the murals so Minghui accompanied me together even though she's not feeling well! :( So grateful for her and everything she did. <3 How to go here? Once you exit from the MRT, you will see tiong bahru shopping centre. Then proceed to walk out of the shopping centre towards your left. Cross the road at the traffic light and continue walking left. Once you see the old white HDB housing estates, just turn right at the corner and you will be greeted by all the old estates with 2 digits number blocks. The murals are found right behind Tiong Bahru Community Centre, as well as blk 69 & 72. Unfortunately one of the goat murals at Tiong Bahru Market is under renovation so we couldn't take picture with that one. The murals are all quite new and drew by Yip Yew Chong last year March to commemorate the spirits of the past.
