Nassim Hill Bakery is located at Tanglin road and it quite secluded whereby you have to enter the entrance through the second floor of another bakery or you can enter from another side which is more desserted. The whole cafe was rather dark with heavy wood furnishing. Menu:Iced Mocha was perfect. It was sweet on the first taste but you can tastes the slight bitterness after it. Good thing was they use paper straw which was eco friendly. Penne Chicken Rosa was quite dry without much pasta sauce. Chicken breasts was marinated with tomato purées and topped with thick chunk of cheese. Personally, I like to add more pepper to give it more flavour. Chilli Crab Pasta was cook al dente and the chilli crab sauce was rich and spicy. The crab meat has a very strong fishy smell which can be quite deterring. Definitely not the worse or best Terrence had. Choco Mud Pie was perfect as well. Being a dark chocolate lover, this pie was on point. The size was just nice as well as too big a slice might make you feel sick and tired of it. The scoop of heavy cream on top helps to balance out the flavour. Nassim Hill Bakery
