Finally a meet up with this girl since she always so busy with school haha actually because she got classes on the days where I off and vice versa so very hard to meet up. If not, sometimes she have to study for school work and stuff. I always want to go see Waterway Point since the first day it's opened and since it is near her house so we decided to go there to shop and eat dinner. Went to Cotton On to take some ootds/ mirror selfies. Can't decide on whether should I buy the marble cap and the white pink floral cap. We went to eat at Ichiban for dinner since I was mostly craving for some Japanese food that day and Wenhui say Ichiban food not bad and I never try before and there was a queue outside the shop so must be really not bad ah? I don't want to eat so full too because I want to try out One Ice Cafe korean bingsu. I had the business class set 1 or 2 can't remember, that's what the menu state hahah, it costs around $15.90 for a full set (not including the mango prawn dish at the most far right). The set consists of tempura, mackerel, one slice of watermelon lol, 3 slices of raw salmon, one bowl of right and chawanmushi. Not really worth it but still better than the other dishes in the menu. Everything was quite tasty despite the small portion. The mango prawn side dish is really nice thanks to Wenhui's recommendation! the sweet mango sauce together with the prawn is just a perfect combination, not exaggerating on this haha. Sadly Wenhui ordered the wrong dish, turns out that the dish is so much smaller than the one in the menu. Like wtf the picture of the dish is so big in the menu but the RLP is only the green teapot that is the size of my hand!! Inside only contains like 2 prawns and the rest is like 5 spoons of soup zzz and it's cost around $12 plus one rice definitely not worth it man. DO NOT EVER ORDER THIS GREEN TEAPOT PICTURE IN THE MENU. The pan fried dumplings wasn't bad either, I love dipping it in the soy sauce vinegar yums. Finally found One Ice Cafe, the one at Waterway Point is their second outlet. The first outlet according to their Instagram is at Jurong. Anyway I wanted to try because One Ice Cafe is opened by the same boss under MGP Label hehe wish I got discount if I eat there hahha no la just kidding. We tried their oreo bingsu which is snow ice covered in milk and whole chunk of chopped oreos, topped with one scoop of chocolate ice cream and one oreo drizzled with chocolate sauce. You will like this if you are a chocolate lover. This costs $6.50 for a bowl that can be shared between 2 people. It is definitely so much cheaper than Omaspoon and Nunsongyee. I haven't tried Nunsongyee though but if you are just looking for bingsu at an affordable price then you should go for this. They have 6 varieties on their menu for bingsus if I'm not wrong.
