You might have heard of Lenu Noodles where they are actually a part of Paradise Group and over the past few months, they have been opening quite a few outlets in Singapore. I got to enjoy their promotion where I can get the second bowl of ramen for 50% off for certain timings. They mostly cater to pork or beef ramen noodles in dry and soup versions. Menu:Tofu Century Egg actually came as a free side dish along with the ramen so out of the 4 options available, I don't really eat the other 3 options so this has to be very last choice. I don't really eat century egg but I had to say I love their century egg and tofu. The tofu tastes like it is handmade from scratch. It is super firm and goes exceptionally well with the brown savoury sauce and goes well with the century egg! I would definitely recommend this! I have never seen Taiwan selling this Taiwan version of soy bean milk but I feel it is slightly nicer than our very own Singaporean version where the taste of the yellow bean wasn't as strong. Leng Beef Combo with authentic beef soup ramen noodles was very bland for Terrence. Even after adding their signature chilli sauce it’s still blend and become super oily. Beef was over cooked and rubbery. For me, I had the Pork Ribs Scallion Ramen where the soup was very flavourful. It felt that a collagen soup to me like those beauty pot while the ramen reminds me of the singaporean version of you mian. The braised pork was savoury and tender and melts in the mouth.
