As the name suggests, it is a mix fusion stall selling wanton noodles and a bar by night, located along the streets of Tanjong Pagar. The staff were also super friendly! Menu:Ju Hua was actually a mind-blowing combination of gou ji zi, vodka, ju hua (chrysanthemum tea) and lychee. Who knows these will blend well with one another. The more you drink, the more I got confused with the taste of chrysanthemum tea and lychee which actually tastes so similar together. And the add on of herbal, I mean who would have thought of that?? They also have other combinations of the menu which I have yet to try. If you have tried it, maybe you can let me know how is it because I'm curious! Most of their side dishes like Pork Belly and Char Siew is a zichar style so you have to add along a bowl of Mee Kia to go along with the dishes to make it a complete meal. One bowl of mee kia costs about $1. Oriental Shrooms was probably one of my favourite dish out of this entire meal. It was stirred fried with XO and the taste tastes something out of a banquet or an established chinese restaurant standard. It was so fragrant and savoury to go along with noodles or rice. The Char Siew was sweet and slightly salty together with the brown sauce and a slight charcoal taste in the mouth. The pickles at the side helps to kill off the salty aftertaste so that you can have more. Roast Pork Belly comes with a generous portion of big juicy and chunky meat with the skin fried to a perfect crispness without being overly fatty. Wanton Seng's Noodle Bar
