Guzman Y Gomez wasn’t the type of cuisine I would go to as it is Mexican style but I always see their outlets crowded with people so I’m guessing it must be quite good. Pulled mum along for my healthy diet so we decided to patron and give it a try. Better known for their tacos, burrito bowls, salads, etc, they provide a dietary table information on their website for easy reference. Menu:There’s a complimentary sauce and toppings counter. There is 2 different types of tacos where you can choose between hard or soft shells. I initially wanted to try the soft one but still went ahead the try the hard one. The tacos taste like those nacho chip with a slight bitter aftertaste. For fillings, you can choose different types of meat but for the grilled chicken, you can opt for mild or spicy version. I naturally had to go for the spicy one but it’s wasn’t that spicy at all. I love the salsa fillings in the whole entire meal because there is raw onions to spice it up. Mum had the burrito bowl with mild chicken. For the rice, you can opt for white or brown rice. There’s also black beans so opt out if you don’t want. Overall, both dishes are pretty much similar in terms of the ingredients and their style. The addition of nacho chips is similar to that of the taco shells. Guzman Y Gomez
