I always see 23 Jumpin on my Instagram feed; especially their chicken wings. It was located outside Taiseng Mrt Exit A, just a 1 min walk away from the Mrt and hidden along the industrial building area. The cafe exterior is covered with black stained glass so it might not be that obvious to spot from far. At first, it was so dark when we arrived that I even thought it was closed. We reached around evening time so by the time we finished our dinner, it was already dark outside which I didn't realise because the outside look bright when you dine at the cafe inside. There's a vintage looking xiao mei yang situated just outside the cafe, coated in white and brown leather seat with a 23 number on it. So do look out for the motorcycle if you can't find the cafe. They used simple brown paper for their menu and there wasn't much variety on it. Wanted to try their famous chicken wings but Minghui say she tried before and it wasn't nice so we didn't ordered it. Minghui ordered one of thier Jumpin's Combo; Mentaiko Pasta with Smoked Salmon while I tried their Truffle Infused Creamy Mushrooms Pasta and we both had Authenic Thai Iced Milk Tea which she recommended. I find that the Thai Iced Milk Tea is overpriced for a mug that costs $5. You can easily get it from any pasar malam for $2 and get almost the same taste. Even though both sides stil can't beat the one I had in Bangkok foodcourt for $1 and the portion is so much bigger than this!! Address: #01-25 The Commerze, 1 Irving Pl, Singapore 369546
