Had been wanting to try Dancing Crab for the longest time but we all know how expensive the price on their menu is. I have always wanted to try the seafood Live Crab Combo bucket where you can pour it on the table and that one easily costs around $98+. But luckily I managed to snap some vouchers from Chope and this is my second time and I’m digging it so much with their 50% off vouchers where you spent $25 to buy a $50 worth voucher and you can use up to 3 vouchers on the same order!! So knowing that the meal will cost at least $100, I bought 2 vouchers which means I only spent $50 whole the remaining of the bill you have to fork it yourself too. They have live crabs and lobsters in the aquarium. Terrence got his hands on one of their in house lemon tea which costs around $4-$5. We also got the Fried Okra which is actually lady’s fingers fried in batter and this was my first time knowing that you can actually fried lady’s fingers and surprisingly it’s tastes quite good and the sauce was the bomb too. It was sourish but tastes abit like mayonnaise. And knowing that the bucket of seafood probably wouldn’t make you as full then you can order this side to go with. The staff who serves us the Live Crab Combo asks whether so we prefer eating it using the bucket or pour it out on the table. Definitely I went ahead with the table settings because majority of people do that and I can take better instaworthy photos. Also for the sauce we choose their signature and popular spicy Cajun which is like spicy black pepper tomato pasta sauce. The verdict of the generousity of the Live Crab Combo was 1 Sri Lankan Crab, 12 tiger prawns, corn cobs, sausages and clams. But somehow they don’t provide gloves so you have to do everything by the naked hands which can be quite challenging. The ingredients was fresh and sweet and definitely worthy of the money.
